At Sea Squids Pots, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handmade ceramics. We use reliable shipping methods to ensure that your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to provide transparent and competitive rates to our customers. Please contact us for shipping of multiple items and shipping outside CANADA
Local pick up or delivery to downtown Toronto (High Park/ St.Clair W, O'conner, Victoria Park) is available.
If you have any specific shipping preferences or require special arrangements, feel free to reach out to and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be undamaged and unused.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please package your item securely and not touching the sides of the box to avoid damage. We recommend tracked shipping.
Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us immediately with photos if you receive damaged items. As each item is unique we will work with you to exchange for a similar item, or provide a refund.
